Under the provisions of the consumer protection act you have 7 days to exercise your right to cancel your order.

If you choose to cancel after the goods have been despatched you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Replacements / refunds - Will only be made on receipt of the returned goods which must be in the original packaging, unused and in original condition. The placing of an order indicates acceptance of these conditions.

Ordering and Pricing - All prices quoted are in UK pounds. Due to possible fluctuations in supplier pricing, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Delivery - Subject to your payment being authorised, you can expect your order to arrive in approx. 2-3 working days. It is however inevitable that some items will be out of stock from time to time, please allow up to 28 days for out of stock items. You will be notified by e-mail if there is any problem or inordinate delay expected.

Returns - If you receive faulty goods or wish to return any item, please contact us immediately. We can be contacted via e-mail at returns@kazzbar.co.uk For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting, available free from the Post Office, which will enable you to claim should the goods be lost or delayed in the post. Kazzbar will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them. Please do not return anything without contacting us first.

Shipping charges - These are calculated on weight, the total charge being calculated from the sum of the weights of the individual items in the order. These weight charges are banded and the total shipping charge will be displayed at the checkout before you finally submit your order.

Customs and duty - Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
